Resale Package Request
Requests for Resale Packages should be sent to TOHA via the email above. Use HOA RESALE PACKAGE REQUEST as your subject line to ensure proper delivery. Please allow a minimum of seven (7) days for completion of Resale Package.

Additions Requests
Requests for REVIEW OF ADDITIONS, SHEDS, FENCES should be sent to the TOHA Architectural Control Committee via the email above and use TOHA REQUEST FOR ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL as your subject line to ensure proper delivery.
